By booking a stay at BOLD Hotel, guests agree to comply with all house rules and property policies. Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Valid ID and a credit/debit card are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel policies.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. For group bookings (3 rooms or more), a 7-day cancellation notice is required.
